Dana realized her patient was scared and nervous, so she offered to follow her in her own personal vehicle from the patient's home to Dayton Hospice House. She wanted to make sure her patient was comfortable and well settled. Dana's shift was over by the time they arrived to pick up the patient, but she assured the patient she would make sure she got settled and relaxed in her room.
Dana has been nominated many times by families who appreciate her kindness and compassion. She is a star team member who goes above and beyond every day.
