Dana Schnupp, RN

I would like to recognize Dana, an ICU RN, who provided truly exceptional care during my husband's stay. From the moment she took over his care, she treated my husband as if he were her only patient. Her level of attention, patience, and genuine concern went far beyond what I expected in such a busy ICU environment. Her knowledge and clinical skills were outstanding. She anticipated issues before they became problems (and he's been a difficult case). She showed sincere compassion, checking on comfort, listening to concerns, and making sure not only my husband's care was taken care of, but also letting me know she supported my concerns as well.
