I've been a patient of A.C. for many years. Her nurse, Dani Jefferson, is the one I’d like to have receive the DAISY Award. She’s been a huge help in keeping me calm and answering all questions—constantly going above and beyond. She follows up, gets so much done for me over the years, looks up information, and is simply always there for me. She has become a friendly face to look for and truly my friend. Dani’s conduct is an example of soft‑spoken, heartfelt communication paired with continuous, genuine compassion. There is so much to share that it could fill a bestseller. She has been with A. C.’s office the entire time I have been going there. She has helped me in my hot messy moments and has remained the same top‑tier professional nurse since day one. My heart’s desire is for Dani Jefferson from Internal Medicine in A. C.’s office to be recognized and lifted very high for her dedication, genuine love, and generosity. I’m forever grateful she is still my nurse—my go‑to whenever I need to be there. I make sure to encourage her as much as she encourages me. Please give this high, honorable Award to Dani Jefferson.
