Daniel was very attentive and dedicated. He wanted to do the job well. You could see that he took pride in his work. He has a good personality. Compassionate, knew how to cheer me up. Took time to get to know me - he remembered everything I needed. He never left me upset or unknowing; he cheerfully let me know or cleaned me up. I watched him show a trainee what to do with respect. Good management material. I have worked at Warwickshire College group for 12 years and am used to observing students. Daniel is a brilliant all-rounder. He has got it all. Good management/higher up material, definitely. He can cope with a variety of situations at once in a calm manner. I have seen it! 10/10. This created a nice bond/trust with family members already here. Daniel was good at creating rapport, mutual respect and openness. He was able to cope very well with his work, family, and building rapport. Daniel appears modest, but he is very skilful with patients and relatives. Discrete, useful colleague. He knew his job well.
