Daniel was very attentive and dedicated. He wanted to do the job well. You could see that he took pride in his work. He has a good personality. Compassionate, knew how to cheer me up. Took time to get to know me - he remembered everything I needed. He never left me upset or unknowing; he cheerfully let me know or cleaned me up. I watched him show a trainee what to do with respect. Good management material. I have worked at Warwickshire College group for 12 years and am used to observing students. Daniel is a brilliant all-rounder. He has got it all. Good management/higher up material, definitely. He can cope with a variety of situations at once in a calm manner. I have seen it! 10/10. This created a nice bond/trust with family members already here. Daniel was good at creating rapport, mutual respect and openness.
