I am an International Nurse and transferring to a new environment is hard and challenging. However, Daniel was so supportive and helpful in my transition as well as the challenges I encountered. He was so professional in dealing with different situations, especially at difficult times.

I also salute his compassion in terms of handling patients; specifically, the confused, agitated, and restless patients.

I saw how angelic he was in dealing with the patients, even when the patient was confused and aggressively trying to be discharged against medical advice. Daniel was able to persuade the patient and convince the patient to stay. In my opinion, working with this type of patient is not easy and his concern for patient safety and welfare is superb. He is able to give education on the level the patient will understand and explains how important it is for them to stay and complete her treatment.

I also like the way he tries to uplift the spirit and teamwork despite difficult circumstances like understaffing and nurse burnout.
