My family brought me to the ER after a terrible fall. Daniel Horst met us at the car and took great care explaining every step along the way while he put a collar on and wheeled me in. I immediately felt safe and in good hands. He kept me talking during the entire process and I never felt afraid or alone. I appreciated his help navigating me through this experience with such great care and compassion and occasional humor to lighten the mood. He is a great asset to your urgent care team and I’m grateful he was there for me and my family during this time of need.
