Daniel K. Scott, RN

Southwest had a patient that needed follow-up care after an ER visit. The patient could not speak English, so Daniel offered to call him back on the translation phone, therefore able to get an interpreter. Daniel was able to help this patient get his follow-up appointment with his doctor. Daniel is a superstar and gets lots of compliments. We are lucky to have him as a staff nurse.
