Daniel Kebede, BSN, RN

I am so grateful for my patient advocate nurse Daniel. Upon arrival, Daniel helped me tremendously making me feel comfortable so that I could calm down from anxiety; so I could get the help I needed! His way of relating to family and purpose (being a parent) was exactly what I needed to hear! Sadly these days it seems a lot of medical workers see patients as a number. Many have lost their passion and purpose for why they chose their field for nursing and caring for people in the first place; Not Daniel! I can tell he sincerely cares about the lives of his patients and it is not ‘just a job’. This kind of care extends to our homes when we leave. Daniel is the best caregiver I’ve ever had! Daniel deserves the DAISY Award! I’m sure everyone who knows him, works with him, or is a patient agrees.
