Dino was right on the ball in noticing his patient was rapidly deteriorating. He wasted no time communicating with the physician and alerting them to the patient's condition. Dino remained calm throughout it all and handled this life or death situation in a very professional manner. If Dino hadn't acted quickly this patient could have easily lost their life. Dino is an exceptional nurse with a huge caring spirit. I am proud to work alongside him and he is a wonderful asset to GSMC!
