Daniel Martinez, RN

I was admitted on Monday, Daniel Martinez was the nurse on duty when I arrived. He showed such compassion and genuine concern for my health. He made it quite clear on the things that were going to be done on me. He explained everything in detail and made me feel very assured. Any questions I asked he answered willingly. He had a calming, relaxing tone to his voice which also made me feel at ease. His attitude was phenomenal my entire stay. He even took the time to jot down notes to give to me of the conversation I had with the neurosurgeon via webcam. That to me is going above and beyond expectations. Daniel also had a nursing student with him on my 2nd day. His work skills and knowledge were impeccable. As I observed he explained things step by step to her as well. He took the time to allow her "hands on" while closely observing and giving her positive feedback when she did things correctly. I would like to take this time to thank him for taking such great care of me during my stay.
