I would like to nominate Daniel Poupart, RN, for the DAISY Award for the outstanding and compassionate care he provided during my hospital stay. Daniel consistently demonstrated excellence in patient-centered care, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. He was incredibly attentive, frequently checking on my pain levels, making sure I had enough blankets, and adjusting the lighting in the room to create an environment that made me feel at ease.

Additionally, Daniel made it a priority to keep me informed about my plan of care. He explained everything clearly and encouraged me to ask questions or seek clarification. This level of communication helped me feel empowered and involved in my own care, which significantly improved my experience. 

His commitment to safety, quality care, and individualized attention truly stood out. Daniel exemplifies everything the DAISY Award represents—compassion, dedication, and excellence in nursing. He is a shining example of what every patient hopes for in a nurse.
