Daniel Quintana has not been working with us long, but it sure does seem like he has. Daniel always arrives with a smile on his face and his smile continues throughout the day, no matter how stressful it gets. Daniel is always watching out for our crew, asking how we are doing or how he can help. Even though Daniel is just as busy as the other nurses, he will find a way to help others. I always feel honored to work with Daniel and know that I have a good team partner, to help each other through the day. I am so impressed with his work ethic; he is always hustling or ready to take on another patient. He is so kind not only to our Sanford Family, but most importantly to the patients, where I have had firsthand experienced-with Daniel taking care of my father.
