Daniel consistently goes above and beyond with his nursing skills, showing compassion and empathy with every patient and their families, explaining and educating patients about the exams they have ordered and what is being done, while always bringing a positive energy to the ER and using great communication skills among other employees as well. Daniel is an excellent role model.
