Dan has brought joy, happiness, and most important laughter into my stays at the MHU.
I am a forty-something-year-old female who has been a patient of MHU several times. I have had serious bouts of major depression and anxiety throughout the past years. I have experienced loneliness and scary situations during my hospital stays. But, one nurse, in particular, has gone above and beyond over the course of many visits to make me feel safe and comfortable. Dan has brought joy, happiness, and most important laughter into my stays at the MHU. I really feel strongly that Dan has made my visits here much easier to cope with and with him as an awesome nurse, made my recovery successful, “fun” and happy. He is always prepared ahead of time – even knowing when I have needed certain medications based on just knowing me as a patient. He has an amazing personality and even more- he has AWESOME talent. He is a true DAISY Nurse and I wish to give him a big high five for all that he has done for me! Thank you!
