One night we had a difficult patient which required extra assistance from others on the unit, and it put them behind. Despite the staffing challenges, Daniel had no issues jumping in and assisting with patients. He helped nurses with passing out medications as well as reaching out to pause further admissions on their unit until staff could get caught up. We appreciated the help!
