Daniel Taylor showed me outstanding care and kindness during my time in the ER on the night shift. From the moment he began caring for me, he brought warmth and humor that helped me feel more relaxed and safer during a very stressful experience.

When I was feeling very unwell, he found ways to make me laugh and connect with me as a person, which made a frightening situation feel far more manageable.

During a particularly intense episode when I became dizzy and nauseous, Daniel stayed by my bedside until I stabilized, making sure I felt safe and supported. Throughout the rest of the night, he continued to check in regularly and took the time to educate me about safety and the importance of taking precautions. When I was unsure whether I should accept being admitted, he took the time to clearly explain why it was important not to leave the hospital unless it was medically safe. Daniel's advocacy, attentiveness, and genuine care helped me feel respected, heard, and protected during a very vulnerable time.
