Most nurses are in a hurry as they have many patients. Dan was my husband’s night nurse. Of all the nurses we’ve met, he has gone above and beyond in every duty, and beyond even that in the duties that were not his. My husband suffers from a rare form of leukemia. He has been in the hospital several times in a month. During this admission, he had bleeding from a hemorrhoid, which caused the bedding to get messy, along with the bathroom. Dan cheerfully cleaned everything, brought warm blankets for him and me, and answered our questions. He was very professional and caring. Dan came back later and started a new IV perfectly. It's so nice to have someone actually take time with the patient. All the nurses here are great, and Dan is great. It is wonderful for someone to take a few extra minutes to answer questions. I can't say enough about Dan!
