Mi hijo fue trasladado a la UPC. Él estaba en intermedio por una descompensación muy delicada y ahí conocí a Daniela, una enfermera brillante... cariñosa... empática... que me tranquilizó y a mi hijo lo trató como un hermano.

Yo pienso que ella está perfecta para recibir este premio o un homenaje. Me contuvo de tal manera que me fui en la tarde-noche mucho más tranquila y el trato con mi hijo fue excelente.

También quiero decir que es una excelente profesional que me dijo todo lo que yo le preguntaba con una paciencia que pocas veces yo he visto.

Yo trabajé 40 años en la salud, ya estoy jubilada, así que sé de qué hablo.

Y les cuento que el diagnóstico de mi hijo es cáncer, así que ella me ayudó mucho a mí y a mi hijo.

My son was transferred to the UPC. He was in intermediate care due to a very delicate decompensation, and that is where I met Daniela, a brilliant nurse… caring… empathetic… who reassured me and treated my son like a brother.

I think she is perfect to receive this award or a tribute. She supported me in such a way that I left in the afternoon/evening feeling much calmer, and the care she provided to my son was excellent.

I also want to say that she is an excellent professional who told me everything I asked her with a patience that I have rarely seen.

I worked in healthcare for 40 years; I am now retired, so I know what I am talking about.

And I want to share that my son’s diagnosis is cancer, so she helped me and my son greatly.
