I was recently hospitalized for the third time in a month. I was so pleased to meet my nurse when I was moved to the telemetry unit. She immediately embraced me with her kindness and compassionate care, patiently addressing all my concerns and conveying the information to my doctors. This nurse took the time to explain my medication protocols and why I was taking them. She demonstrated efficiency in her duties while taking into consideration my requests and needs. This nurse was cheerful, knowledgeable, and encouraging in all her interactions with me. She made a point to poke her head in just to say hello even when she was very busy! This nurse shines and was truly a bright spot in my day! It is clear she loves her job!!
