Daniela Ragins, RN

Daniela is an amazing nurse. She always has a positive attitude and treats the patients respectfully. I observed this nurse ask to tag along for refresher education on running an EKG because it had been a while since she had performed one. I was so impressed because she did not have to do that in her downtime but took the initiative to be a better nurse. We need more clinicians like this nurse in healthcare because it gives you the confidence that they'll be well educated and will go above and beyond to be proficient at their job.
