Daniela was my preceptor and did an amazing job being a role model. She is incredibly compassionate with her patients and their families, whether she is caring for them directly or not. She goes above and beyond with all patient care and is always willing to help a fellow employee with whatever they need. She has taught me an incredible amount of skills in six weeks and inspires me to become a nurse like her. I look up to and respect Daniela and really believe that she deserves this award.

Daniela is an outstanding clinical nurse who comes to work with a smile everyday. She always has a way of cheering up her patients and brightening their day. Not only does she connect with patients and co-workers, but she is a great team member who brings a wealth of knowledge to our floor. A truly excellent candidate for the DAISY Award!
