I had a procedure done, and Danieli went above and beyond to calm my nerves before and after a stressful situation. She spoke in a reassuring and calming tone and was such a compassionate and caring nurse. She knew what I needed and calmed me down. My nerves were settled because of her help. She is a wonderful nurse.
