Danielle Bates, MSN, RN

Danielle has been an exceptional leader who has listened to our concerns, taken time to answer calls, questions, and concerns about our ER. She is present for the night shift and the day shift alike. She specifically checked up on my postpartum and made coming back so smooth and easy. I honestly am highly impressed by her leadership skills. She takes a stand when things are being done improperly and ensures they are addressed appropriately. I enjoy coming into work knowing that I am under good leadership and am able to discuss different needs openly with my leader. She is always in a positive mood and is always willing to find ways to make work more fun.
