Danielle was a light of hope and calmness during the emotional roller coaster we all went through during our time at the hospital.
My 89-year-old grandfather was a patient of Danielle's for 2 days. My family was in a constant state of anxiety and fear, due to the uncertainty of what was to come next. Throughout those 2 days, Danielle made me and my family feel at ease. She was constantly checking in on my grandfather and with all of us. She was always making sure my grandfather was comfortable and knew she was there to help if he needed her. Whenever we called for a nurse she was there in seconds, with a calm and collected demeanor. She answered all of our endless questions about medication, the course of treatment, his breathing, and the hospital with compassion. When she was not completely sure about an answer she went to ask someone else right away and quickly came back with an answer. She was a nurse who genuinely cared for my grandfather and my family is forever grateful for that. She made a lasting impression on my family during my grandfather's last days. She was a light of hope and calmness during the emotional roller coaster we all went through during our time at the hospital. Danielle went above and beyond at all times and showed such diligence in the care she gave to my grandfather. We are forever grateful to have met Danielle.
