Sincerest appreciation for the outstanding and professional care provided during our recent hospitalization at Kettering Hospital on the fifth floor. Danielle always took the time to answer questions and alleviate fears in a patient and kind manner. She was genuine and respectful of the people she worked with, including family members. She inspired us with her confidence, empathy, skills, and knowledge. Her courtesy and patience made recuperation a certainty.
