Danielle is a very sweet person. Always smiling and very pleasant to talk to. Always makes sure I am warm enough and if I need anything to drink or eat. Even if I don't have this Danielle she will come in and say hello and chat with us. She is a very nice person. If we ask her a question she will respond back and if she is not sure she will get the doctor to answer our questions. When we leave she always says have a good day or weekend and see you next week. No matter if she is my nurse or not. I adore her, she is very kind and sweet.

It was a snowstorm day; our clinic was very busy. One patient who was scheduled for the following week requested to be seen that day due to severe symptoms. This patient had to travel 40 minutes in the snow, when he reached the clinic the clinic was almost closed. The patient had a headache, chest discomfort, severe fatigue and shortness of breath. He needed immediate phlebotomy. I felt bad for the nurses who were planning to leave for the night. I asked them whether any of them wouldn't mind staying late to give the patient phlebotomy so I didn't have to send him to the ER to receive the phlebotomy. This will save him hours of time waiting in the ER. Danielle got into action right away with a pleasant attitude and showed her compassion by putting the patient's needs and convenience as her priority. She completed the work with excellence which is also demonstrated in her work daily. She is very proactive with proper intelligence. Often, she anticipates problems and makes plans to facilitate the workflow and ensures it goes smoothly. She is timely and an excellent nurse.
