Danielle is an outstanding RN with a willingness to help anyone and everyone. She is a TEAM player no matter where she is working.
I had an extremely overwhelming assignment and I had a patient who was mentally handicap and requiring a lot of my attention for every task needed. Danielle was in fast track and had extra time. She was with my patient, held her hand and talked to her about her neighbor or anything that she could find to help comfort her. Her compassion is palpable, and you can feel it in her voice and the way she looks at her patients. She is an ALL-STAR ER RN!! She exemplifies compassion in everything she does!
