Danielle was nominated by family members of a patient she cared for. While working in the emergency department, Danielle spent extra time with the patient to ensure he had the appropriate follow-up for his mental health. The family member stated, "It is because of this nurse's commitment to get our son the help he needed that he is now back home and stable."
