I have had the opportunity to be a charge Nurse working with Danielle. In the last couple of years I have seen her develop into a highly functioning independent RN. She has recently taken on the role of preceptor and I was able to oversee her guide and teach a new grad through orientation. Danielle is truly the epitome of Service Excellence. She shines brightest in her communication skills. She makes patients feel at home with her genuine, kind care. I feel that her orientee hit the jackpot when Danielle was assigned to her. MBU is a better place because of Danielle.
