Danielle was very welcoming calm while I was in the hospital. She was very understanding of how hard it is to not have visitors/family with you due to COVID. She went above and beyond in so many ways. She would email/message the doctor on my behalf. She looked for a “better shampoo”. She explained patiently how being at the hospital would work and what I could expect. Danielle treated me like I was in a hotel and she was at my service, rather than in a hospital. She was so professional and caring.
