I am a new grad RN and recently we had a sad situation on our floor that involved a fetal demise patient. I called a rapid response when the mother unexpectedly gave birth to the known fetal demise. Once Dani came into the room she took control of the situation. I immediately felt calmer. She showed amazing compassion for the mother, baby, and myself. She took amazing care of everyone. She took the time to teach me about everything she was doing and answered my questions. She has checked in multiple times to see how I am doing. Dani is an amazing, compassionate nurse and Valley is lucky to have her.
