I recently was a patient on your Telemetry Unit. I came in through your ER and needless to say I was scared and not sure what was happening. Danielle took the time to ease my nerves, I knew I had a very competent and caring nurse taking care of me. Danielle showed compassion, knowledge, and skill while I was in her care. She always took the time to make sure not only I was at ease but took time to make sure my wife was at ease also. She never forgot that my family was just as important as me. She treated us all respectfully and took time to explain and did so with empathy. In my opinion, Danielle exemplifies what all nurses should instill in their patients, confidence that they have a competent, caring, and empathetic nurse caring for them!
