On my recent visit to this hospital, I was not happy due to being a 'hard poke" for an IV. No one wanted to attempt the task until one nurse called the Rapid Response Team. Within a few minutes, I had an IV in my arm, no pinch, no pain, no problem. I had never had an IV done so easily and so fast. Dee, I was so pleased with you. You put a "sparkle" in my eyes, thank you!
