Honestly, I can't say enough about the care I received from Danielle. All nurses work and do the best with what they have. Today Danielle took her lunch short to make sure I was less anxious about my surgery. She called my boss per my request because I felt too bad to do so. She was in my room when I returned from surgery. She scheduled my discharge around my house needs (kids' school day). I never noticed she had other patients. She allowed me time for me and I never felt neglected or that my privacy or autonomy was invaded. I wish her all the best. I see so much for her. I was grateful I had her today. She gave so much of herself and kept me informed of my plan of care. She represented your floor and healthcare institution very well. "Danielle for President!" (no, just humor). Thank you for having an exceptional nurse I really appreciate it.
