This past week, I was a patient at the ER despite the late hour, Danielle was pleasant, professional and ready to go. While my situation was certainly non-life threatening, Danielle's presence immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. She not only has a calm personality, but also a calming personality. Danielle was very thorough in explaining the various meds and tests ordered. She patiently answered all of the questions my husband and I had. I hate getting IVs but Danielle had such a gentle touch, I could hardly tell when she got me set up. Now, that's a gift! Our daughter is also an RN so I tend to observe nurses closely. Everything about Danielle had "DAISY Award" written all over it. The wonderful TLC she administered was just as healing as the medicines! Thank You, Danielle!
