Danielle Meyer, RN

We met Danielle when we were visiting our family member, T. We were very concerned that he would be discharged without a safe plan. Danielle was one of the first nurses who truly listened to our concerns. She followed through and collaborated with the doctors and care managers to get T the help he needed. I was so impressed with Danielle’s ability to not only care for T’s physical needs, but also for his psychosocial needs. We truly appreciate her compassion during this situation and it’s because of her that T is in a safe place now. Thank you, Danielle.
