Danielle is always willing to lend a helping hand. She is truly a caring nurse who works to make a difference for patients. I would go on to say that she is EXTRAORDINARY which is an understatement as I have had many hospital stays at other area hospitals and Miami Valley. I have never been treated so well with the utmost professionalism!!!!! She made my stay so much better with her outgoing personality and bedside manner. I cannot express how at ease and happy to have Danielle as my nurse. She is just amazing, and I wish nurses I had at other area hospitals could train with her because she is the poster child for what a nurse should be. Thank you for making my stay a lot less stressful, and I will never forget you.

As a physician for over 55 years, I cannot say enough about the marvelous care I received from my nurse, Danielle. I appreciate all the care and commitment nurses have for their patients, and Danielle is the perfect example of what true nursing is about. I was having a conservative treatment for a partial small bowel blockage and was told that by doing the treatment, I would feel better. Danielle encouraged me and was with me as I endured the treatment. She took time to position me and get me up, and after 3 days, I was finally better for the first time. Her exemplary and consistent actions prevented me from having surgery, which I was going to need if the treatment had not worked. She made such a tremendous impact on my recovery that I cannot say enough about her empathy, compassion, and presence.  I had not anticipated coming to Miami Valley South and am so thankful that I did because I would have never had the opportunity to be cared for by Danielle. I would highly recommend that anybody come to Miami Valley South because of nurses like Danielle.
