Danielle goes above and beyond for her patients and coworkers. She does not leave until she knows any problem is resolved and the night shift nurse is set up for a good night. She is very compassionate and makes it a point to get to know her patients, making them feel comfortable and valued. She is a nurse I trust leaving my patients with, knowing they are in good hands. A patient shared with me how happy Danielle was when this particular patient was able to walk for the first time in a while to the chair. This shows Danielle's compassion and character. She cheers for her patients with each triumph and listens to them during small setbacks. She is an outstanding role model.
