Danielle took the time to pause and listen. She took the time to clarify, empathize, and follow up. Always a ready smile, but also very professional and competent. That is a hard balance to maintain, but she did so effortlessly. Thank you for cheering me on, Danielle! There were times that felt very bleak. You were a ray of sunshine. I saw you encourage and motivate your team too. Well done. I am so thankful I chose Inter-Community. I was in such good hands. I am glad I met you and your amazing team, although I’d have much rather met you all in a different way.
