It was very kind of you to go out of your way to find this information for her and I plan to incorporate this into our practice for our pacemaker patients. You truly exemplify the spirit and culture that has made GMC a wonderful hospital in the eyes of our patients, doctors and nurses. All the major hospitals have well trained and board certified physicians but it is the nursing staff at GMC which truly stands out. As a patient at GMC and a physician here also I have been very impressed with the culture and competence of the nurses. I wondered if this was a result of higher pay, better benefits etc. But the answer was no. It is the selection process that ensures that only the best trained, most competent, motivated and compassionate individuals are selected. You clearly exemplify this.
