Danielle is the Chair of Night Shift council and our UBC Co-Chair. Her dedication to our patients and staff is unwavering. She was instrumental in our first Fall Back Fair geared towards making night shift feel included and educated in available resources. The event was a huge success with plans for another night event coming in the spring. As our UBC Co-Chair, she is always working at ways to improve our safety metrics, stream line systems and support and encourage staff. She went out of her way to help the unit magnet champions educate and prepare the unit for our magnet visit. She prepped staff with questions/answers daily. Her efforts with Quiet at Night were highlighted during our Magnet visit with the suggestion to publish by the surveyor. Danielle has accepted this challenge and we are so very honored to have her as not only a leader on the unit, but a side by side team player.
