I would prefer to describe in general terms rather than choose a specific time or instance of being thankful. Danielle was kind without being patronizing, took care to tell me what she was going to do and what medications she was going to give me. She was patient with my questions especially because I didn't know what I was experiencing meant, only that I was alarmed and worried. She never seemed rushed - always nicely calm. AND... She didn't call me "HON."  Parkview, in my opinion, is very fortunate to have her.
