I would like to nominate Danielle Randall, Clinical Leader in the 2S ICU, for her exceptional leadership, compassion, and unwavering support during one of the most difficult moments my family has ever experienced. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy, but Danielle stepped in with care and professionalism that truly made a difference. During my uncle's final moments, she guided her team seamlessly, ensuring that his care was not only clinically excellent but also deeply compassionate and respectful of our family's needs.

Danielle went above and beyond to make sure my aunt’s final wishes were honored. She supported both my aunt and cousin with genuine empathy, helping them navigate overwhelming emotions with patience and understanding. Her presence brought a sense of calm during an incredibly emotional time. Our family is large, and coordinating final visits, prayers, and goodbyes could have been overwhelming. Danielle handled this with grace and organization, ensuring that each of us had the opportunity to say our farewells. She took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure we felt informed, supported, and as comfortable as possible throughout the transition period.
