She has a servant's heart of compassion and strength.
Danielle always goes above and beyond for everyone on the 2nd floor. She is the best boss I have ever had! She always makes sure both patients and staff feel seen and cared for. She always makes sure to check on every patient on the floor. She is a truly compassionate and supportive leader.
***
She is an awesome director; she is always willing to help any of us. Always going above and beyond for any of the patients. If they need anything and can’t get it, she will go buy it.
***
Danielle is a great and wonderful person. She came to us a year ago. She went out of her way to make the 2nd floor a happy place to work. She is never too busy to get on the floor and help with patients. She is an awesome director, and her door is always open whenever we have an issue.
***
Danielle leads tirelessly in a way that far exceeds her requirements. She has a servant's heart of compassion and strength. She helps anyone and everyone. She sees a need and fills a need. There are not enough words to describe her dedication and how thankful I am to have her.
***
Mrs. Richardson has excellent leadership skills. She shows, by example, exceptional care towards patients and staff. Pam Conner Danielle is an overachiever. She never leaves her staff in critical situations. Her staff have had a few situations in my four months here where a set of extra hands was needed, and she’s always there. On her floor, there is nothing that is beneath her; she cleans up patients and helps with all tasks on the 2nd floor.
***
I think Danielle is a very fair and empathetic leader. She has made a lot of positive changes to our floor. I am glad to have her.
***
Danielle became a director of a floor with many issues. She came with a smile and a positive approach. She is often seen on the floor answering call lights and helping all staff of the hospital. She leads by example with a big heart. She is organized and very resourceful. She is truly a leader and a great leader for the 2nd Floor.
***
Danielle is one of the best nurse leaders at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. As a director of 2nd Floor, she brings critical care knowledge, experience from the Education Department, and a wide skill set that compliments Med – Sug nursing. Danielle leads by serving her department. Countless times she has stopped what she’s doing to come start my patient an IV, insert a NGT, place a foley catheter, or even get down to the nitty gritty and clean up pee/poop. Danielle will get to work early, I’ve seen her as early as 4:30 am, and stay late, so late that she often times misses her own family events, to help her team. One of my favorite parts about Danielle’s leadership is her laid-back personality that makes her trustworthy and approachable. So many times, I have gone into her office with a heap of frustrations, and instead of putting fuel on my fire, she offers a listening ear and then gives me grounded wisdom on how to move forward. I feel so proud to be able to work for a nurse leader like Danielle, and I am so excited to see all the great things she does for the 2nd floor! This is just the beginning.
