Danielle was recognized for her outstanding efforts as a role model, teamwork and caring. A co-worker, M, describes the first time he had been involved in an emergency situation (ever in his career) and Danielle was there to guide the team. As the team worked and M was unsure of what he should be doing, Danielle quickly assisted him to keep the patient's safety their priority. She was kind, helpful and approachable. In doing this, Danielle not only made sure the tasks were completed for patient care but also made M feel a part of the team and valued. Danielle consistently supports her colleagues in this manner and her character and presence are so valued on PCU and in RRMC.
