I was having bad side effects from medication issues, so during a follow-up call, I made a mistake that triggered a nurse call; it was Danielle calling. I don't complain so I tried convincing her I was ok. Somehow, her radar knew I wasn't ok; she not only called my doctor’s office, but she was my advocate with such a wealth of knowledge to speed up my next test process. Danielle got the ball rolling and got me on the right path. She also stayed in contact for four weeks to see how I was doing. Danielle is a beautiful heart/soul. She stepped forward in every way! She is a role model of dedication, compassion, and caring. She listens, helps, acts, and never walks away. Yes!  She saved my life.
