Danielle received 17 nominations from many of the departments within our facility. Danielle is described as a wonderful and exceptional nurse, scrub, and circulator. She is great with everyone. She makes the staff, patients, and families more at ease. She treats patients as if they were members of her own family.
Danielle has a positive attitude and is respected by everyone. She can always turn a tense situation into a good one. Danielle is calm, anchored, pleasant, helpful, warm, friendly, kind, appreciative, honest, inclusive, respectful, collaborative, caring, supportive, and cheerful. She always goes above and beyond. She is smart, confident, and hardworking. She is a leader, a role model, a problem solver, and a go-getter. She never says "No" to anything, and never seems to have a bad day. Danielle is focused. She takes on extra duties such as statistical records, coordinates "scope" cases, and the arthroscopy cart. Danielle never leaves until the OR is ready to go for the following day.
Danielle is a quick learner and great preceptor. She is a valuable resource. She is willing to help co-workers and is always the first to volunteer. Danielle loves her work. She is described as a definite asset to the department and a true Shriners' treasure. Many said that it is an honor and privilege to work with Danielle.
