Danielle Triano, RN
Danielle is one of the most caring and diligent RNs I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond every single day and does not complain. She takes pride in her work and has a great bedside manner.
She is very hardworking and thorough. She takes the initiative to make changes in the clinic to better take care of our patients. She comes up with new systems for efficacy and spends as much time teaching a patient a new skill as they need. She never makes the patients feel rushed or unheard. She spends countless hours on the phone triaging and also working on PAs to help patients get their medications.
She recently made sure that one of our patients who was struggling with getting a necessary medication approved was kept in the loop throughout the whole process, and she was successful in getting it approved. She is also a natural leader in the clinic, and the other staff look up to her. It is always a pleasure to work side by side with her.
