We met Danielle the night my husband and I went to triage. She was so kind and friendly from the moment we met her. I was put onto the machine for a few hours to monitor the baby, and she recognised that something wasn't right and didn't feel happy with letting me go home. I was admitted into hospital and spent the next week there being monitored and administered with medication. Danielle talked it all through with us and spoke about her previous experience with premature babies, which made us feel so much more at ease. Even when we were no longer in Danielle's care, she continued to check in on us and see how we were doing.

Fast forward 5 days I had a C-section, and she even stayed late to support us and be there every step of the way and stayed with me until we went into recovery. We can't explain how much this meant to us. She is truly an absolute credit to your unit and is incredible at her job. Thank you so much. Forever grateful.
