After a relapse from a lobectomy, I was admitted to Del Webb for diagnosis and mitigation. This RN was the head nurse a few days into my stay. My wife stayed with me, but we were sometimes frustrated in getting our questions answered, until this nurse appeared. Literally, it was like God sent us a ray of sunshine. Outstanding depth of knowledge, vibrant personality, great medical technique, and most importantly to us, seemed to know the answers to all the questions and concerns we had. Always pleasant, never rushed us- it was obvious that she loved her job and truly cared for her patients. The two days we had her were the most pleasant and informative of our stay so far (we are still in the hospital as I write this, unfortunately).

She truly, in my opinion, sets the gold standard of what a nurse should be.
